About Robert & Nancy Evans
Nancy and Robert have individually and as a couple been dedicated to their spiritual paths for decades. Since coming together in 2004, they have discovered the joy and abundant opportunities that exist within a loving relationship committed to focusing on personal growth, spiritual expansion, and community service.
Nancy's two decades practicing as a Registered Nurse, Nurse Manager, and Nursing Instructor ultimately led her to the field of energy work, which she recognized as a valuable complement to traditional medical care. She is fortunate to have studied with brilliant innovators in the field of Applied Kinesiology, to include Dr. Charles Krebs and Susan McCrossin, who together created LEAP Brain Integration, Mathilda van Dyk, creator of Integrated Healing, and Adam Lehman, Founder and Director of the North Bay Center of BioEnergetic Health and the Institute of BioEnergetic Arts & Sciences.
After becoming certified in Crossinology Brain Integration Therapy in 2006, Nancy and Robert started Open Pathways to Learning which has helped hundreds of clients since then. In 2012 Nancy was inspired to create an energy healing modality accessing the higher frequencies of energies she was experiencing in meditations. She and her friend, Harolyn Ellison, LMT, worked together, and Integrative Alignment Technique was born! This phase of her work has been thrilling as she uses this effective energy work system, now known as Pathways Energy Healing, in her private practice as well joining with her husband to train others.
During that time, Robert discovered the Community Acupuncture movement which started in Portland, Oregon. A longtime community organizer with both nonprofits and for-profits, Robert quickly recognized how that grassroots health care movement was making history - i.e. in how it was successfully making quality health care services accessible and affordable all across America. And so it was an easy decision for Robert and Nancy to launch Fort Collins CommUnity Acupuncture in 2011, now known as Thrive CommUnity Acupuncture. A serial and social entrepreneur, Robert has served on numerous nonprofit, governmental and business advisory boards related to health and human services as well as education reform.

Robert's experience as a Re-evaluation Counselor and years of meditation and spiritual practices have made it easy for him to understand and engage in the field of energy work, ultimately becoming a practitioner and teacher with Nancy. The Evans' purpose is to help people discover and live their own purpose and passion with joy!

Robert and Nancy moved to Billings, MT in 2023 and continue to manage their Fort Collins business as well as offer services in Billings and remotely to their non-local clients throughout the world.
